Here at Bulls Eye Marksman, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have.
We offer no warranties or guarantees, expressed or limited, other than those supplied by the manufacturers of the products which we offer for resale. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty information.
Returns and Exchanges
Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below.
Any item in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or credit within 60 days of the order shipment date, except firearms. All firearm sales are considered final. Any warranty repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer, and not Bulls Eye Marksman Gun Club. All used or consigned firearm sales are sold as-is, and no warranty is expressed or implied.
For all items besides firearms, please contact us by telephone for prompt handling of your request. We will issue a return authorization to ensure proper credit to your account. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges. You can return or exchange an item by mail or in our retail store. Certain discounted, closeout, and/or seasonal items may not be returnable. Additional restrictions may apply (see Restrictions below).
Return or exchange to a store:
Returning or exchanging your purchase in our retail store is fast and easy. Just bring in your items, the credit card used (if applicable) and the invoice that came with your order. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged in the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the wrong item was shipped or it arrived damaged).
If you do not have your invoice, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the items you are returning. Some items purchased online are not sold in our store. If this is the case, you can either exchange them by mail or return them to our store for a refund.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Bulls Eye Marksman Gun Club charges 7% sales tax for all orders shipped to Georgia, United States. Orders shipped outside of Georgia do not incur sales tax.
Pricing and Specifications
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. Not all products are available in all areas due to state or local laws.
Shipping and Handling Information
Supplier products are shipped according to the default rates and options:

Our own products are shipped according to the following rates and options:
Cancellations: Your credit card is processed at the time of your online order. If you wish to cancel an order there will be a 10% processing fee applied to your refund on your card. You may choose to receive a BEM Gift Card for the balance instead, with no penalty.
